The Q-Collar is a non-invasive band worn around the neck that applies light pressure to the sides of the neck. That pressure slightly increases blood volume around the brain, which helps reduce the brain's movement inside the skull on impact. Similar to how a seatbelt keeps you secure in a car, the Q-Collar helps keep the brain more stable when the head takes a hit.

At only 4 ounces, it fits comfortably below the helmet and above the shoulder pads, and sits under most neck guards without getting in the way of the rest of your gear or your game. Made in the USA and cleared for athletes ages 13 and up.

How it works

The Q-Collar applies light pressure to the jugular veins, gently increasing blood volume around the brain. That extra volume takes up space inside the skull and helps reduce the brain's movement during head impacts, which is a primary cause of injury.

Find your size

Sizing is based on neck measurement. Use a soft measuring tape around the middle of the neck, pulled snug with zero slack. Measure three times and use the smallest measurement. If your measurement falls between two sizes, choose the smaller size.
